My name is Lady Sarah Mountbatten of the Bretonian Secret Intelligence Service. I have been instructed by the Director to open this channel to discuss matters pertaining to trade. We understand that you are interested in carrying uncut and blood diamonds into the Kingdom of Bretonia. Concerning the blood diamonds, RHA transports will be permitted to carry their cargo, unescorted, directly to New London.

On the matter of uncut diamonds, we have made an arrangement with Natio Octavarium to purchase them at Eureka Station, their diplomatic and trading outpost in the Cambridge system. The Octavarium Mercantile Guild has agreed to purchase uncut diamonds at a rate of 5,000 credits per cargo unit. They have also offered to purchase blood diamonds at 2,200 credits per cargo unit should your transports not wish to make the trip all the way to New London.

We have asked the station's Administrator to keep this deal quiet, so they will not publicly list Blood Diamonds on their list of commodities, and their blacklist will continue to publicly show your organisation as officially barred from docking at the request of the Bretonian Government. Rest assured, however, that this is entirely for show and they will not prevent your ships from docking at the station.
