Upon my endeavour through Omega-3 system I encountered a Republican Shipping affiliated Heavy Tanker carrying various black market goods. Normally I wouldn't care about the encounter, but I was thinking, perhaps there is some sort of "reward" for such reports, eh?

Danke for the information, however there is not much we can do with it. Omega-3 system is not part of the Rheinland space by our laws, thus we have no jurisdiction there and cannot penalize anyone for anything he commits in this area, that is up to Bretonian law enforcement, primarily Bretonia Police Authority. All we can do is try to keep eye on this ship if it shows up in Rheinland and check if there is any illegal cargo onboard.
Thus we do not see a reason to pay out any reward. You may try to contact Bretonian authorities, provide your scans and ask if they will pay you some sum.
