[Faction Idea] Kempeitai - Capt. Henry Morgan - 10-24-2018

My last idea for a Kusari faction came up a bit short, but I'm not quite ready to give up on the region just yet. I was looking through the Faction Status list and noticed that Kusari is the only house without an intelligence faction, active or otherwise. So, seeing a need, I threw this together this morning. It's very much a work in progress and more than a little rough around the edges, so any comments and suggestions would be very much appreciated.

History
The Kempeitai is the Kusari Empire’s secret police and covert intelligence agency. The Kempeitai was first established centuries ago as the military police arm of the Kusari Naval Forces. Over time, it acquired additional secret police and military intelligence duties until, eventually, the original military police role became the organization’s secondary function.

In 817, under the Republic, the Kempeitai was separated from the KNF and established as its own separate agency. Since the end of the civil war and the reestablishment of the Empire, the Kempeitai has been reorganized and is once again being deployed to gather intelligence on the Emperor’s enemies, both outside and within Kusari.

RE: [Faction Idea] Kempeitai - Yazov - 10-24-2018

The writeup looks solid for a WIP start. Would probably need to dig through the history to have the section extended, but seeing Kusari having some more activity would certainly be a good addition.
I'd be looking forward to see this in game.

RE: [Faction Idea] Kempeitai - Capt. Henry Morgan - 10-24-2018

I just edited the ship line to use the Imperial Kusari ships in place of the KNF line. I think the different appearance does a good job emphasizing the whole 'separate branch of service' thing I'm going for. The only part that gives me pause is the lack of a VHF in the Imperial line.
