Freeport Resident Jane Foster has just attacked the Neteru in conjunctions with Nomads and is now Kill On Sight. All the proper evidence provided below and recording should you wish to see that also. I am sending this report to you so you may exercise discretion on your Freeports to ban Jane from ever docking their again.

While the Confederation has certainly taken a turn for the dirt and being put 6 feet under, the ideals that we wish to uphold have not. In order to make accurate and correct conclusions, I wish to review your recording you mentioned, as a single cam picture shows inconclusive evidence. A single disruptor is one thing, but suppression to aid the Nomads is another. I'd also ask you inform the administration of Freeport 11, so that they make take their own corrective action, and we, as IRG, can do our part in Omicron Theta. I also recommend you send the video evidence, as anyone who is in direct assistance of the Nomads is an enemy of humanity, and therefore, the Zoner community.
