The station entered the Long Island E-chat and demanded more long islands spawn in the same position to help take you out. An infinite number of stations spawned in one place, creating a black hole, sucking you in.

I quit playing the game long ago, but i hacked the game and took control of Long Island and used cheats to get a one shot insta-kill while i had control of the station.

I think it might have wanted to say that Rax could have been jettisoning cargo. Some ships turn their shield off when you do that, some don't. The weird thing is, the HMS Sovereign, a Dunkirk, does that, while the HMS Thunderer, a Dunkirk, doesn't. The only difference is that the Sovereign is older.
