The time has come to unveil our "plan B" in the capture and security of the Dresden system. Taking the offensive to divert will cost us the discomfort of relying on acquaintances, and we've seen the results of such. The Coalition as well as our other allies will continue to play a pivotal role, however we must remind everyone that this is our territory and we control what occurs. The Union has neglected to uphold it's own offer, now you all have both the order and authorization to remind them why they should.

The true purpose of this announcement is to inform you all of the true nature behind the Wolfsberg retrofits and our increased spending on imported supplies. Operation Ymir will hold the end result of a W.M.D capable of holding down and providing for thousands of our military populous while sending an equally terrifying moral message. The W.M.D in planning is a Juggernaut class vessel holstering the name of the very operation dedicated to it. The vessel will serve as a functional moving fortress and weapon, Wolfsberg engineers and that of the SOA will be sent the details in separate pieces to assemble the necessary components. Each of you will do your part in assembling components necessary for whatever region of the ship you' find yourselves assigned to.

The idea is a bold one, and has never been attempted before. But with the war up north, our defenses holding in the west and south, this approach is much more optimal in contrast to fighting conventionally - and risking more war assets necessary for defense. There is no doubt among the engineers and scientists among Wolfsberg and Wiesbaden that the vessel in question will be capable of crushing even the feared "Bismarck" class dreadnoughts. The scale of the vessel and its contents will confine it to the regions of Dresden for defensive purposes, but while there it will serve as insurance that nothing else will invade. The Altenburg is crippled, the grip of Dresden remains in our favor, and if the Bundestag doesn't force the withdrawal of the vessel - we will ensure it and the Imperials leave.

I am sending each of you the completed blueprint to scale so that you might have an idea of, and can possibly improve the choice of weaponry and equipment for the vessel.


On a tertiary note, the Siege-specific weaponry provided by the S.O.A has proven fruitful in testing. More copies are being processed as the supplies for Wolfsberg come in. Once they are finished, specific Jormungand war vessels will be outfitted with the weaponry. They, along with all of you, will be assigned a series of field tests for the weapons.


Finally, I shouldn't have to remind each of you that this information remains with us.

The wolfsberg supplies have been completely finished, the second phase will comence in a matter of days, for now however, the siege weapons are ready. Given the situation in our western borders I anticipate they will soon be of use. An immediate field test of the weapons is required, Schwermetall Handle In the Niflheim system will suffice for now. The base along with others in the region have been fueling Daumann's agenda which in turn translates to the Bundestag's power at the frontlines in the sigma systems.
