A unknown auto-distress beacon is pinging wideband civilian signals across a range of neuralnet spectra. The exact origin is difficult to triangulate but it's suspected to be emitting from within the unsettled regions of the Cologne system. Technically-minded individuals might be able to discern telltale Unioner metadata within the transmission packet. The beacon is pinging only one word, over and over again:
