According to reports of our pilots, the Liberty government is constructing a new prison installation within the New York system.
The vicinity to Zone 21 and the planned temporary stay for prisoners makes us suspect that prisoners will be screened and prepared to be shipped off into the restricted area.
If that happens to any of ours we'll no doubt see them again.
If you have ships to spare, the installation is located in the center of grid square F4. Our own vessels are performing hit and run attacks with minimal success.
