Hi Jack,

The Rheinland Government have reached out to us ■ regarding USI and that they aren't listed within 3.3 of our laws. I understand that USI are yet to submit their transports to security screening on Alabama or request to be added to our contraband list. Even so, they have proven to be useful clients and strategic partners.

I know what the Rheinland Government are like and if we don't provide a good reference it would likely delay their request by months or maybe even be denied. Obviously, this relationship is mostly from an APM front so I'm willing to leave this to you, but I highly recommend that you lie to the Rheinland Government to help their process along and sort out the APM-USI paperwork after.

I've reassured the guv'ment of rheinland that USI are legit. As for the USI, I've contacted them with a request to inspect their ships and deem if they are worthy or not. Either way, we've had no incidents so far, which means we're golden. I'll wait for their reply and add them to the list.
