I find myself in need of your service once again. As you can well imagine, it requires a man with the means to move a reasonable amount of cargo discretely, something you are very good at doing. I require you to deliver the following to Vogtland base.
10,000 Units of Gold Ore
10,000 Units of light Arms
10,000 Units of Medi-stasis bands.
I must clarify that when I say 'Light arms' I do not mean the black market kind. I mean the real deal. I'm sure this won't be too hard to get, given the nature of warfare, a great many weapons do go missing from time to time. Perhaps you could gather these weapons from the factories in Liberty. How you get them is ultimately irrelevant, so long as the above order goes to the aforementioned place.
Once you are done, please inform the Hessians of these deliveries on behalf of the SIS, as a gift.
