Sorry to be a pain in the ass but I have been very busy away from Freelancer/Mods. And, since getting a brain virus, memory shot to hell. I feel as though I have asked this before, but is there any advance to the fully working discovery 4.87 which I have running in Win 10 Home?

You'll want to follow the instructions laid out in "Download Mod" at the top left of the forums to obtain the latest version of Discovery Freelancer.

downloaded and installed 4.91 only it wont run past the menu. I have directplay and Net 3.5 active

If you are trying to play Freelancer in Singleplayer (at least Vanilla) You will need a NoCD.exe , which you can download on the Starport if I'm not mistaken
