Konnichiwa,
my name is Goto Nobuyori, CEO of the recent created Rebun Mining Extraction Company, a sub-company of Samura Heavy Constructions.

Today I'm here to obtain the permission to construct a modular mining facility called "Rebun Mining Facility" in the Rebun Asteroid Field, which is located in the Tau-53 system. While the system falls under the Kusari and Gallic laws, I'm asking both Houses for their green light, before we are starting with the construction.

The purpose of the station is simply, extracting and storing of Raw Hydrocarbons, from the recently found field in the Tau-53 system, located at the Golf 3/4 quadrant. The station would be located of the edge of Rebun Asteroid Field, to be exact, at the Foxtrot 3 quadrant, so far enough away from the Tradelanes and Raw Hydrocarbons field.

While we are at it, we would pay each of the Governments a 5% tax of our total profit each month, which can be used for the on going wars, or whatever you need it for.
