Doctor.
It would appear that our Chancellor, professor William Mortimer, has failed to return to the University in quite some time and we are getting a little anxious. Before he left he informed us of his intention to visit you on Planet Gran Canaria in the Omega-49 system, for obvious reasons we would rather not have him linger in that system any longer than needed.
I was wondering perhaps if he was still with you or, if he is else where, if you know where he is currently.

Professor Mortimer was at Tombtone for a meeting. As to his current whereabouts, I do not know. In case you have not heard, there was a nuclear attack upon my home which was completely destroyed. Since that blast, I have not heard from the five Marines who were my security detail either. The Chancellor himself did leave just before the attack but as to his whereabouts, I have no idea. I will pass any details that I might find to you.
