Subject: Departure Clearance

To whom it may concern,

My name is Jamie Olsen, and I'm a reporter for Natio Octavarium's Canberra News Agency. Recently I've been covering events on Gran Canaria (you may have seen my byline), but with the start of open hostilities, it's time for me to leave. According to your own announcement, all traffic to and from Gran Canaria is currently locked down. I would hope that my press credentials would get me through any blockade, but to be sure, I'm formally requesting permission to depart the planet.

Esteemed Ms Olsen

Apologies for the late reply, I know in this situation every minute seems too long, yet you will understand there is quite some haste here right now.
You got clearance to leave the planet at any time you wish, the lockup of the planet is meant to secure us from Corsair and other criminal entities smuggling from and onto the surface, not to hinder journalists or peaceful civilians.
Upon starting you will be contacted by a BAF officer, just tell him your name and send proof of your identity to pass.

yours sincerely
Sir Jacob McIntire
