Rule Changes
● Any PVP deaths suffered by non-generic IDs in Picardy, Provence or Roussillon have a reduced cooldown time of 30 minutes instead of the standard 1 hour.
Background
Following the large battle between the Revolutionaries and the Royalists in the Provence system, both sides have engaged in an all-out warfare in the Provence and Picardy systems. Seeking vengeance on the daring Revolutionaries, the Royalists have increased their operations in the Roussillon system.
Description
This event has been requested by the Council to highlight the ongoing warfare in Gallia.

I like this idea, i'm sure alot of the Maquis will also feel the same, but yes does this not make it a contested territory?
