My name is Commander Lincoln Phoenix. I represent my benefactor Mr.Universe involving a project that we require your expertise on. First and foremost before I get into it, last I heard you were not in the best of situations. If you should need assistance of being escorted and evac'ed out of Omega-49 our flagship is at your disposal. For now onto business.
I am unsure if word has spread throughout the Consensus yet but at the moment we are currently designing a ship that will be leaving our know sector of space and traversing great distance, and may not return for perhaps a year or more. Each part of the ships systems we are building from the ground up and one system we believe you might be adequate for providing input or for helping us with is the medical wing schematics, life support, or hopefully both. Since this voyage will take the crew away for an extremely long period of time without contact from anyone else or R&R anywhere the crew will need systems that they can rely on no matter the circumstances.
Should it be possible for you to aid us, or if you know someone that could help please contact us as soon as you are able. For now we hope you are well and safe and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Good Evening, Commander,
It sounds like you have quite the project underway. While I am not much for ship schematics I do have engineers that can assist in that. After all, they did design, build and when needed, upgrade systems on Med Force One. So long as their plans fit with the mission of Med Force Enterprises, I usually give them plenty of room to do their work and I trust their judgement. If you need personnel, well, I can train people for you.
That said, I work with Professor Nerva Regis quite often when it comes to equipment. With his technical know how and my medical mind, we have come up with some newer and better medical equipment. If you have not contacted him yet, might I recommend that you do so. I will personally vouch for him.
Let me know what you need and I will do my best to provide it. I would like to see your dream ship become the reality that Med Force One did for me so long ago.

You would be correct, this project will be the biggest one that my benefactor has taken to date. We have also already contacted Professor Nerva Regis and await there response as well. It seems that with your engineers and your technical expertise I believe we should be able to finish this project. We are on a tight schedule and as soon as we get the go ahead from Administrator Voncloud at Livadia Shipyard we will begin transporting equipment and materials to begin the construction. The only thing that we need to discuss is the size of payment. Since time is short what would be a sufficient payment for you and your peoples services within lets say 1 months time?

How soon could your team be dispatched to Livadia Shipyard to begin designing and assisting in directing of the construction? The sooner the better. I want to thank you for your donation. We were finally able to do some upgrades we wanted to do in engineering and it more than covered it.
This is the team I have assembled. They will get you set up and going.
-Mr. Eddie Sloan is my chief engineer. He seldom leaves Med Force One so I am giving him a chance to do something different. He will be dealing with the xenobiotic filters, there install and teaching upkeep and maintenance on them. He will also assist with the mobile medical unit and medical stasis band maintenance.
-Dr. Gunther Klauber will get your medical facilities set-up and equipment and organize the medicines and surgical wards. He and Mr. Sloan have done several projects together so you will find that they are expedient and efficient.
-Miss Amy Tucker is a field medic. She will be teaching practical use to your people on the use of the equipment both in a hospital environment and in the field.
Your people can ask any one of these people any question. If they do not have an answer, they will get you one.
Of course, if I can be of further assistance, let me know. If time allows, I will visit Lividia to see how things are going.

We greeted your Staff today as they arrived in dry dock. We are glad the work can finally finish on the new med-bay and look forward to showing you the finishing touches soon. Our new Chief Medical officer Sarah Paytin I'm sure is ecstatic to have her department and her work area functioning and she has already expressed much gratitude towards Miss Amy Tucker who seems quite knowledgeable. Although our medical officer has much experience, this will be her first assignment on a deep space voyage and the tips she's been provided seem to have put her at ease considerably since your team has arrived. With how dangerous this voyage will be that is of great comfort to all of the crew including myself knowing our Chief Doctor can be fully confident of handling anything that comes her way.
Your crew shouldn't be away for longer than a few more days on this project and I'll make sure they get back to you. My engineer's want to make sure that everything is tested and in working order so that should any unforeseen circumstances come up your crew can be there to help troubleshoot them. There are 2 more pieces of equipment we are waiting to be delivered which we expect in tomorrow.
