Hello people, it has been a while since my last post in the forums...i want to discuss something with you all - how is it possible to fire the guns/turrets of a ship in different direction each? Look at the pics here:

I have seen this happen in a fighter, someone told me something about weapon groups and...i didnt understand it. How can i fire with my guns that way? Its cool and helps when mining (at least i think so)...
EDIT: the guy didnt move his crosshair, he just continued firing in all that directions without moving the fire streams.

Press the ' key. Fires all your guns in the direction they are pointed.

yep, everybody know there will be flaks in .85 and use this ingame feature for random fire sounds logical for those canons for me... it was firt thing which camed on my mind when I saw it

Btw, I'm sorry if I sounded like offending Kambei. I was just surprised a general statement from him was considered a possible spoiler. Flaks and random directions might work with many of them and against some situations.

except flaks are useless for big battleships, which is stupid, but whatever...
' has really no purpose, but i cant find the linkage in the controls... weirdo freelancer likes its secrets intact.
