Can it be possible to fight outside of the Minefield? From the mouth up to the gate is a very aggressive GB patrol spawn area. It would favor everyone, as NPCs always end up shooting their own once a CD or mine hits.

A varriant would be that the Pirate and Xeno forces wait 10k outside of the mouth, and the Lawfull forces storm triumphantly out of the Minefield.

I'm counting on the server pop reducing NPC spawns for this. There's enough people that this should negate the spawns in general, but even past that, they're just GB patrols. They're annoying, yes, but as GB patrols lack razors now, they're not as deadly as they used to be.

Also, GBs don't spawn inside the tunnel, and only inside the clear area in the field. If GB patrols end up becoming a problem then the fighting zone will be moved to just outside the tunnel towards the Badlands.

Makes more sense for the LN forces to be on the defensive here, while the unlawful forces are trying to break in. I like the added tactical aspect of having the fight in a minefield, personally, but it will definitely make maneuvering tight for larger ships.

BTW Spectre, put me down as LSFC-Morningstar

I had a terribly experience in my last event (16% loss, totally useless), but I will give it a go again here.

Put me down for the Xeno side, I used to run for the XA under;
Ron "Garter" Fraiser, flying an Eagle
though my exact ship name will vary based on letter restrictions, will edit post when I have the exact name.
