Sorry, it’s just-- I wasn’t really expecting to ever hear from you again after all that time. You see, to be absolutely honest, I wasn’t even sure if you were still among the living, or if you’ve bitten the dust in the meantime. After all, that’s usually what happens to people who you never hear of again. So yeah, color me surprised and maybe even slightly startled. Wouldn’t have thought that my daily skim through incoming messages will contain something from you out of all people. In some way it’s like old times paying me a visit. Gave me a brief shock.

Anyways, I don’t want to bother you with having to bother yourself with the folks you were mentioning. Unless ... you wouldn’t hire some thugs just to find me, would you? That would be a little over-the-top.
I actually am around, but always on the move. I don't know, my feet can't really keep still. Currently I am staying in the Omegas, but might be that I’ll be in the Sigmas next week already, I can't really know that. Depends on how things go. As for what happened to me, you can imagine I’m minding my own business lately and travelling around. From hand to mouth, as they call it.
Just realizing that's what beggars and cutthroats say all the time. Yeah umm, I'm none of the above though.

Guessing from your message, you’re with Nick and the crew again? When did that happen? I’m faintly aware that he has put some effort into bringing the Forlorn Hope back into existence after its collapse a few months ago, but not much more since then. Probably that’s due to me not being up-to-date, as always.

Now to the more important matter though, which means: Where the hell have you been the last year and a half? I can remember you were gone overnight at some point in eight twenty-four, but after that- well, I’m intrigued, so do tell. Please, you now take pity on my curiosity.
