I have been instructed by the department heads to report in for project #86, hence I would be honored if you would consider myself as project lead for the Subversor range of subsystems, henceforward referred to as #86E. I believe you will be pleased with my credentials and contributions to the APM venture. I have been project lead for #391 "Porta Nauru", assigned by former Director McKinsey. From the very first sketches outlined by the joint APM-DSE task force, through the installment of Ageira's proprietary parts, to the very last technical audit, I have been overseeing operations on a daily basis. Nota bene, my team has managed to complete the project several weeks ahead of schedule. As you can see, confidence that you will be more than satisfied with my services comes not without merits. Certainly the ATL in its current state is ill-equipped to accommodate a such endeavor. It is my professional opinion that for #86E to commence with the high standards of APM efficiency it requires proper location. With your consent I would appropriate the lab chambers of Invicta Research Complex to fit our needs. The station's computing potential is sufficient to run all necessary simulations and close proximity to Alabama Shipyard would ease ad hoc prototype production should the need arise. Bowing to your decision, I will await your response at earliest convenience. -Dr. E.Rosenberg Advanced Telemetry Lab, AP-BUILD :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::

Very well, Dr. Rosenberg, you have full jurisdiction over #86E. Should you require anything, don't hesitate to request it. ~Yours Truly, Jack D. Hammond, Director of the APM and STILL the most hated person in the Omicrons. Video Feed Lost

Since you mention it, there is one thing I need to ask from you before we can proceed. It is instrumental that I be granted a degree of administrative clearance over the station that would allow for undisrupted research and supply. With your consent I shall also repurpose ATL funds accordingly - it should suffice up to the point when we have a more detailed budget outlined. -Dr. E.Rosenberg Advanced Telemetry Lab, AP-BUILD :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::

My name is Valerian Aion, currently Associate 1st class under the direction of Overseer Damien Mekal, assigned to manage and lead his personal engineering and research detail stationed closely between Alabama Shipyard and Invicta Research Station. Up until recently I have been involved in the projects he was assigned to and/or sought privately in addition to more low profile assignments such as the APM Order #9814 or APM Project #86A. The team and I have a prolonged experience regarding the repair and modification of Core ships, as well as research and development of experimental or exotic modules to a certain extent. Due to the recent disappearance of Overseer Mekal I have found myself and the team I lead in need of undertaking workload from other sources, therefore I am contacting you regarding one of your projects that has come to my attention. Project #86B: Pinnae was brought up and briefly discussed between me and the Overseer not too long before his unfortunate disappearance, and from my understanding this is an endeavor he, we, were supposed to take on next. I am not claiming to be as ingenious nor bright as Mr. Mekal, but I, as well as the team, have learnt a great deal from working under the Overseer and believe we are more than capable of undertaking the difficulty of this project. I'd like to also mention that, throughout the years of taking part in various research projects, I have been made aware of a series of contacts the APM can appeal to for collaboration - if needed. This being said, I am respectfully asking to be named Project Lead and be granted jurisdiction over Project #86B: Pinnae. Development of the project would have to take place, as usual, at both Invicta Research Station and Alabama Shipyard in the space formerly dedicated to Overseer Mekal. I'll give you time to consider my request and eagerly await your decision. Gloria Aeterna, Valerian out CLOSING TRANSMISSION

I am applying for the lead of project 86D: Præsidium. I am a relatively new employee, and would like to take part in the making of a great project such as Apex Predator. Nobody referred me for this post, this is an entirely initiative-based application. I am aware about the fact that my rank in APM is one of the lowest seeing how new I am, but I believe the content of #86D is straightforward enough for someone like me to post an application for it. In the event that my application is denied for this very reason, I would like to request the position of co-leader of #86D. Such a position would enable me to acquire more knowledge about administrative procedures, ship-building protocols, and overall guidelines. Then, perhaps I could partake in another project later on in my career in APM. I look forward to your response, -G. Collins Transport pilot, AP Manufacturing :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::

Bold...I like it. Consider yourself in charge of Præsidium. I'd like you to keep me up to date with the progress and ideas about comms and internal systems. Keep in mind, this covers a wide rage of appliances. From combat lighting, through PA systems, life support control modules and straight to the design of the mainframe. You'll have a handpicked team of engineers, programmers, designers and security assigned to you. They'll make sure everything is up to the Core standards. I believe with proper leadership and a few bleeding edge innovations, you'll surpass everyone's expectations. Also, If possible, I'd like you to incorporate a bar on the ship, no less than 250 square meters and no more than 400, complete with soundproof bedrooms on top of it and of course a soundproof conference hall, precisely 75 square meters in size. Go wild on the design, make it flashy or make it classy, it's your call. You might be wondering why we'd need this, but when you take into consideration the secondary roles of the ship, namely flexing our muscle when someone comes to do diplomacy on board, you'll realize that the bar is indeed of utmost importance to our success. ~Yours Truly, Jack D. Project #86B: Pinnae has been started and we are currently working towards the development of a power source and supply module. For this we will be using IRG power cells, but in order to properly and efficiently benefit from this technology, certain modifications and adaptations to the current APM devices will be required. As such I have contacted the IRG to assist us with this task, therefore my department will require several resources that require higher clearance:

I've been away for a while, and I'm glad to see we're still hyper. So, since I'm pretty much just fine with hauling devices and science personnel in my Bison's bulky cargo hold, I'd be more than glad to take care of this project myself (and of course, with the rest of the individuals who'll help me along the way). So, in a nutshell, I want to apply for the Potentia project division. Nobody seems eager to fulfill it, so I'd be more than glad take the reins of this project myself. I will obviously report updates at a regular pace and stuff. Plus, if you'll leave it to me, then it'll mean that a woman has indeed taken part in, arguably, one of the most important projects for the Core we've had in a dozen of years. A win-win situation. Whaddya say, cap'n? Lemme know. I haven't had the chance to get something fruitful done in a while. -Nicole Fargo Sales Manager, AP-BUILD :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::
