I am Leon Gutierrez, Secretary to the Minister of Plenty and to the Volgograd Industrial. My apologies for the delay in communications. Due to recent ion storms in the region, our communications platform has been damaged. We have managed to bring it some stability but a more permanent fix is needed.
Considering your communique, this seemed like and opportune moment to seek your assistance in moving repair necessities to Puerto de Nueva Hispania and her central defense control unit. I have attached a list of items needed by our repair crews. The Apostatas CT division is busy on another task so we turn towards you hermano. We now only require an overall estimated budget on the shipment of said goods.

Regarding artifacts,
They are deemed as a class red contraband. Our pilots are authorized to stop vessels carrying artifacts, confiscate the artifacts and destroy them immediately. Such potentially dangerous Xeno-technology cannot and will not be allowed to fall into the hands of civilians or god forbid, some warmonger in the other houses.
