We've met with a rebel Outcast group in Shikoku the last day, I heard that they existed but I didn't think they built up an army. Appearantly they call themselves the Maltese Opposition Army. I've had a little chatter with them, they need help to supply their people with food and whatever they need to survive (of course Cardamine is out of the question here). My thoughts on this are, we can supply them with goods alright but we need further intel about their intentions and goals, how they operate, what their views on Cardamine is and who their allies are. As for the supplying part, I'll leave that up to you, you may contact them as you wish as it will be idealy your job to take over.
