To whom it may concern,
I am contacting you in regards to the agreements reached with the signing of the Sydney Accords. While we are very appreciative of the ability to trade with New Holland however we wish to negotiate for a little more. I would like to request we be allowed to enter Bretonia proper. While I am not asking you to order the Corporations to allow us docking, I will negotiate with them separately. What I am requesting is access to Bretonian Police installations such as (but not limited to) Planet New London, Planet Cambridge and Planet Sprague. The permissions are of course negotiable.

Permission to enter Bretonian space for the purposes of commerce is granted. Your ships will be permitted to dock at any Bretonian world, as well as at facilities operated by Crown Corporations Border World Exports and Bretonia Mining & Manufacturing. Docking permission at facilities owned by private corporations will need to be obtained separately from the companies in question, though the Government has no objections. Please bear in mind that space installations operated by the Bretonian Armed Forces, the Bretonian Intelligence Service, and the Bretonia Police Authority will be off-limits.
