Date: March 13th, 826 A.S. Location: ***Unknown*** Encryption: ***Extreme - OFFICIAL-Sensitive*** Subject: Interesting Developments I thought I would message you all, to make you aware of a Liberty vessel who was in Lividia space. Adminstrator Voncloud has already been made aware as he was on the scene. Said vessel, a Liberty Assault Battle Cruiser, was found with two pilots who were under captivity. One of whom was a Velvet member, specifically Grey. And a Freelancer with whom Grey had been working with recently, by the alias Troxar. We found them in the field at Lividia and, well, I'm sure Administrator Voncloud can confirm this, the conversation was quite... Interesting. I have attached a log for any reference. I also have a picture of the vessel, should it be needed, which you can access here This ship was in direct violation of Lividia's rules, and as we did not receive word about it, is this something we should make the Liberty Security Force aware of? As you know, this is very much my area of expertise, and would advise it heavily. I hope you all can at least be aware of this ship, it's call sign, and that it put members of the Zoners, and people working for and along side us at risk. Before acting further, I will await your reply. ==Ending Transmission==

Now, after our talk in space, I kind of get the context, but Grey getting himself caught up with drama with a LSF LABC is just asking for trouble and it's unacceptable. Our operations are limited to destroying Nomads around Freeport space and performing recon on them without bothering other people. We shouldn't even be bothering people whom we think are in cahoots with the lamps unless they are deliberately obstructing our operations. We aren't judge, jury and executioner.

Grey is back home safe, thank the heavens. This type of debacle mustn't happen again - we really don't need any type of crosshairs on us right now. Keep it together and try to practice some sort of subtlety. Velvet White signing off. RE: To: Saskai Alexander, Voncloud, all Freeport Admins and Velvet Wing - Sombs - 03-14-2019 Velvet Wing, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is majorly in Jerard VonCloud's hands to deal with. That being said, one word of advice.
You may or may not have experienced it yourself already. People who lived on Freeport 11 since its construction finished in 810 AS have realized the very, very bothersome pattern of house vessels appearing in Omicron Delta and surrounding systems to cause trouble. Rule of thumb, judging by how many of these cases were actually worst-case-scenarios, is to be extremely careful when dealing with such. A house never would send an expedition group or scouting battlegroup into the Omicrons without informing the present system keepers. Rheinland, for example, would never send a Bismarck-class Heavy Battleship into the Delta without informing either us or The Core. Most likely the latter. If you see a suspicious individual in your Zone of Interest, don't engage it. If the pilots or radio operators are talkative, play along without giving away critical information about yourself. Remember what your mothers said about not taking candy from strangers: Don't. If you see a house military, police or registered intel vessel, contact the Core, give them all information you have on the specific ships and ask them whether they know anything about it. The same goes to me, obviously. This will first of all give you opportunities to get in touch with the Core. Of course you are operating as Zoners, so if you somehow manage to make any sense of it, contact the Order for information exchange as well. It is in their interest as well to know about foreign vessels in the Omicrons. Just make sure you don't sell information from the Core to the Order and vice versa. While house military ships in the Omicrons are often infected, you should be just as careful when dealing with Maltese. There are the ones opposing Nomads, and those that openly worship them. You will need to be extremely careful with the people of the Omicrons. You're lucky this encounter did go that well. It could have gone horrible. Do not underestimate the enemy. They are not just humans alone, but alien beings we only know so much about. If you are interested in learning more about what is known about the Nomads, Core and Order can give you some information on them and how to fight them effectively. Alternatively I can arrange a meeting with the Chief Security Officer of Freeport 11. That is all for now. Excellent work. Keep it up. I might have something for you in a few weeks.
