Greetings council members, I humbly thank you for your time and energy in reviewing this message. My name is Adrianna Wells and I'm seeking to begin a new venture of business in distribution. I have recently sold my small but profitable business in arms sales due to current bounties on such traders and a number of attacks on my very small fleet of vessels. I have decided the arms business is no longer for me and would like to start a small distribution outfit. I have done the proper mapping of routes and have talked to a number of sons and daughters of Malta on this topic. It would be flying Cardamine out of Omicron Alpha to the Texas System where from Beaumont Base, I would bring mainly employees back to Malta to help maintain your economy.My pilots would also on occasion deliver small arms and my brother will also deliver on occasion Corsair pilots to Malta. I have only a few pilots remaining willing to stay with me on my new venture.So my hopes here are to establish a long,friendly, and profitable relationship with the Nation of Malta. The success of this operation is very crucial into helping my brother and I to live,and to continue funding the various military operations my brother performs in the Omicron and Omega systems. My brother Ryan Wells and I are independent pirates, I'm the business mind, he is the soldier.The operations he performs are that in of stopping the sprawl of the Corsair plague that has been growing in those systems and to help contribute in bringing down house military and police (mainly the Liberty house) by exposing the enormous amount of corruption that is in secret within their ranks along with disrupting military and police and security operations.This business proposal is much needed for our survival and appreciate you're approval and blessing in this. We don't have many code weapons left but we would would like to make a friendly offer of a 100 million credits and 3 prototype weapons for your clans use in the protection of you and yours and the destruction to your enemies. In return we would like to have the permission to safe entrance for the transport class vessel named the B-Line to Omicron Alpha and a safe dock on Malta to pick up and drop off cargo and a one time permission to purchase two of you're great inventions the Cheetah Thruster, at full price of course. In case you might have figured we are an independent outfit that are looking forward to having a solid partnership with the Outcast nation.
