Our recent joint op in the Omegas has got me thinking. I believe I have a valuable business proposal for you and I'm ready to discuss it whenever you are.

We'd like to offer an exchange of technology and services.
  1. The Core will supply you with one Mako Class Battleship. The "Ehrgeiz", flagship of Battlegroup "Ehrgeiz" will be handed to the Armed Forces of Bretonia
  2. The BAF in return will supply us with one "Invincible"class Carrier. We're willing to take a damaged one and patch it up in our shipyards.
  3. Upon request, the APM can help with mining operations in the Omega-3 system and sell a portion of the yield at cost +2% to the BAF.
  4. In exchange, The Core will be allowed to use a section of Aland Shipyard, to maintain our ships and store the extracted raw materials.
  5. If the above is accepted, we will station a small squadron on the shipyard and run our own security, as well as protecting bretonian mining operations in the system, while the BAF deals with more pressing matters.

Essentially, what we are looking for is increased Core presence in the Omega-3 system. We'll protect our own assets, as well as yours, which in turn would allow you to divert more ships to wherever they may be needed.
As for the ship exchange, the Ehrgeiz is a capable ambush predator which excels in asymmetrical warfare. It's light and fast, but packs enough punch to get the job done. It has been extensively modified and can take more abuse than most standard Makos.
I am looking forward to your reply.

Dear esteemed allies

The War Cabinet has debated about your proposal and has reached the following conclusion:

The clause number one is accepted.
The clause number two is accepted. There happens to be an Invincible-class named "HMS Caesar" in our service, originally named after the Ancient Roman conqueror of Gaul, and we are sure the name would fit the Core's naming convention at least as properly.
The clause number three is accepted.
We are willing to accept the clause number four as well, but under the condition that the section is leased only after the war with Gallia, as the current situation requires even more than Aland's full potential capacity is at the time. The best we can do now is allow Core ships to base off of Aland, or permit the construction of a separate Core installation in Omega-3.
The clause number five is accepted.

Additionally, we would like to offer the APM a contract concerning the shipment of repair and upgrade materials to Aland. Does the Core have something to add?

Alexander East

We agree with your proposal and I am willing to put the APM on this task of yours. And I would like to point out that it will difficult to keep our vessel operational without dedicated repair facilities, which in turn would decrease our efficiency in an eventual counter attack against Aland. Despite this, however, we will station Battlecruiser Anassi's battlegroup in Omega 3 and we will do our utmost to keep the area bandit free, with Hessians being our primary target. I would also like a list of groups that should not be engaged. It would be a shame if we cause a diplomatic accident. Oh and one last thing, The Ehrgeiz is already en route from Omega 55. It should be at Aland after a maximum of two days.
