Respected Directorate.
Our agencies have in the past had a competitive relationship. But I think we can agree that serving the Republic is a vested interest that takes obvious priority. I see no need to clutter this communication with needless formality, so I'll be brief. As of this moment, Agency 404's Directorate has dissolved. There remain a great deal of both assets and personnel that can still be utilised. I propose the following:
> All assets currently employed by the Agency are placed under the command of the main branch of the security force, yours. This is inclusive of the mobile flagship currently dubbed the "Revenant". Feel free to rename it as per your traditions. This will also include a transfer of resources both financial and otherwise.
> In exchange, all agency operatives, agents and marshals will be integrated into the primary branch of the security force and into various sub-offices as is deemed appropriate by their skills.
A prompt response would be most appreciated, but by all means take time to consider any implications that might arise because of such an arrangement.

I'm sorry to hear that the members of the Agency have been opened for...reassignment. I'll admit that our organizations have never had the warmest relationship, but that competitive spirit I think only helped to bolster our will to defend the public interest.
I, personally, would hate to see the ample resources of the former Agency be left to languish in the reserves of the Navy...and as such, will do everything in my best interest to make sure that the vast majority of your personnel and equipment finds itself re-assigned to our various departments.
By the time you receive this message, a majority of the Agency's former vessels - your "Revenant" included - should have orders and clearance to berth at Chesapeake. We can ensure your vessels and equipment meet our specs and go over the finer points of integrating your personnel into our organization at that time; you'll have to excuse the lack of maneuvering room the tight quarters of Chesapeake provide, but I assume you won't find it hard to acclimate to. Hopefully we'll be able to speak briefly aboard Chesapeake, unfortunately brief as it may need to be.
If you need anything else, I've attached Senior Agent-in-Command Veritas to this communication, and he'll be your liaison throughout the transfer while everything is sorted.
