To whom it may concern,
Congress has come into the possession of some poor unfortunate souls that were destined for Malta, frankly no one should have to face that horror. We are currently caring for them however we cannot keep them all in Puerto Rico. I understand you are both actively accepting immigrants as well as have plenty of room on your new colony of Nauru. Under my command I have begun a campaign to curb the Slave trade in Liberty. Personally I do not support human trafficking like some of my less scrupulous family members may. I want to make sure these people, most of whom are Leeds' or Marne Refugees, make it to a place where they can settle down far from their war torn life.
I'll be waiting.
