It is with great honor to come before you as the Taskmaster of The Fourth Octavarium Fleet, Confirmed by the Provisional Council. While I have been taking care of the Fourth Fleet since the unfortunate accident that befell the previous administration I have been chosen as a permanent replacement. I will work hard and diligent to ensure the safety of our Fleet in both home and away operations.
It will be hard to fill the shoes of these highly respected and experienced Taskmasters, but I will dedicate the rest of my life ensuring Natio Octavarium, The Fourth Fleet and our allies will prosper and succeed in all things that make us great.

Taskmaster Williams,
It's good to finally hear from the Fourth Fleet after all this time. I am Admiral Trevor Westbrook of the Crayter Military, current commander of the Republic's operations in the Independent Worlds. Things are tense at the moment, but in time I expect circumstances to reach a more openly manageable solution.
For the time being, I expect you'll do what's necessary to do your job, as will I and the rest of Military do what we must to do ours. Here's to the future, and I look forward to seeing the Fourth in action.
