Its sexy. Maybe add 2 big docking doors on sides or on top and bottom when you add textures, being a civ carrier I assume it could dock a bit larger ships, like freighters and such. I would say a conning tower would work nice for a carrier, but it might ruin its nice shape. Maybe a side conning tower ?

Oh yeah, looks awesome now with something on top, to act as a bridge and traffic tower for the carrier ops. Some cool antennas like the modern carriers on top and its done.
