Hi.
I am taking a break from the game for RL reasons, and have someone who can take over this faction. The question I have is:
Can I hand over this Forum User account to her? I cannot see if that would be wrong, but is it both ethical and within the server rules?

It is allowed. Faction accounts are often used by multiple people so it is okay.
