I hope this transmission strength is still quite strong as I am broadcasting to you all from Omega-52. Not often do I find myself writing across Sirius unless it be for important matters. What I wish to inform you all about is of importance that I'd like to present and hopefully work on with you all. Formerly, there was a classified operation run by Volgograd Industrial in the Omegas that has now been complete and reached a point to safely expose it's existence. This operation was the construction of a trade outpost in the Omega-2 system, named "Iskra Outpost", Iskra being a reference to the word "The Spark". Our goal is to create such a "Spark" throughout Sirius by aiding each of our economies to boom together. Providing and offering what industrial capacity we have , as Volgograd Industrial, to be an asset to you all. We hope this station will provide you access to some hard to obtain goods manufactured by the Coalition, or provide you a better proximity to other goods with whom we can obtain from.

Iskra Outpost is to help facilitate and serve that purpose. Currently we are selling Volgograd Ordinance, Uncut Diamonds, Vodka, and Anomaly Batteries due to recent sightings of strange anomalies in the asteriod fields in which Iskra is located in. Feel free to help yourselves to these commodities as you may need it. Although, as with every Outpost, maintenance will be a perpetual thing, and so our traders onboard will be accepting any amount of Hull Segments, Reinforced Alloys, Robotic Hardware, Food, Oxygen, and Water. We are also willing to write up contracts to make a list of authorized miners who wish to help us in obtaining Uncuts, by mining for us and selling it to the Outpost as well. Now I understand our great distance between you all and that of the Omegas is quite long ; rest assured security on the station will be provided to any who wish to trade with it.

Our Director of Security, Boris Ivanov, will be offering his Security team to ensure that any ships coming to Iskra to trade with it, or mine for it will be safely escorted to and fro their respective destinations. I will let him explain himself more in this transmission to you all. I hope we can further collaborate on drawing up new resources or projects that we could do together for the benefit of all.
