Xenos,
I am Evelyn Wilson, Commander of the Gaian Destroyer Aurelius, should someone of importance find this message do respond with some sort of haste. I doubt positive contact has ever been established between us but I am a separate entity from the Primary Gaian Cell and I am looking for potential partners for lack of a better word. It is my objective to stop Corporations from harming the most treasured planet in Bretonia, Planet Gaia. Most of these corporate transports flood Bretonia through Liberty and I am looking to potentially speak to someone about organizing a stop to this monstrosity that is befalling Planet Gaia. If you are willing, we can set a meeting point at a location of your choosing.

I'm.. a little surprised because this is a sudden outreach. We've known of sporadic Gaian presence in the Independent Worlds and potentially in California, this is of course more of an assumption given that Planet California Minor is being actively terraformed and thus fits your MO. Contact has been non-existent and as such neither favorable nor hostile, at least so long as I have been in-charge.
One step at a time though, you're being a little too hasty. I first want a more clear picture of just what you intend to do, and whom these Corporations you're fighting against are. Needless to say that if you intend to operate in Liberty, many of us will frown if not consulted and respected.
Let's be frank, Gaia's way more than a stone's throw from our domain and it isn't our problem. I don't give a damn what your locals are doing, their status as smog fetishists isn't something we concern ourselves with unless they cross the border. In which case we usually rob them of anything that isn't bolted down, or simply kill them. Planetform, Bowex, Gateway, none of them are welcome.
Bretonia is your problem. Liberty is ours. Let's start from that premise and perhaps reach some commonality. But if you're going to offer me pamphlets on how synth-weed is acceptable culture and how Gaia is a gem in the rough, then I'm going to have to politely decline.

I appreciate the swift response and to be perfectly clear the Aurelius will not be operating directly in California for the time being due to the simple fact that I have no intention of causing waves per say. I will however be strictly enforcing my views in the Independent worlds such as Cortez, Magellan, Vespucci, and Inverness just to name a few. Perhaps I was being a bit to hasty and thats normally not my style but to be frank the preservation of Planet Gaia is very important to me. While the distance between Gaia is very far the trail of corporate transports are clearly at your front door. Corporations like Orbital Spa and Cruise, and PlanetForm are a Zero tolerant Corporation and will be dealt with swiftly if found. Corporations that hail from Liberty might merely be asked nicely for a donation if seen in the Independent worlds. However if they are seen carrying any cargo that hails from Planet Gaia they will be facing my wrath, and I am very quick to violence. Bretonian Corporations will face much more scrutiny and will be forced to make a contribution to the preservation of Gaia. Are you seeing where I am going with this? Different Gaian Cells operate in different zones. It just so happens I am choosing the one near you.

Cortez and Magellan are not active fronts for the Xenos. The latter might be for the Legion whom aren't fond of you, but that's neither here nor there. Vespucci is a system of interest to us and one we do rather frequently visit for equipment, not to mention that our civilian population benefits from an agreement we currently have with the Commonwealth.
Now I don't make it my life-goal to chase down and slaughter Liberty employees in their transports, but the Xeno ideology isn't fond of the fact that the economy is so reliant on foreign trade. The extent to which an embargo weakened Liberty is a historic example of why we feel this way. Liberty transports that disregard this notion and cross over to your end of the fence do so at their own risk. The same applies to corporations hailing from Bretonia. In this way our agendas might prove complimentary. We want your people out, and you want our corporations away from your tree-house.
So long as you continue to respect the fence and our freedoms, we'll respect yours. I might even consider making the harassment of Planetform operations more of a priority. But this all depends on how receptive you are to compromise. For now and since there is no immediate concern to address, a simple acknowledgment of non-aggression can be exercised. I will not be applying this to all Gaians, just your ship. If the rest want a deal then they can use their mouths for something other than grass consumption.

We appreciate the offer of assistance. But at the same time your theft of our branding by naming your space-superiority fighter the "Anaconda" is encroachment enough for the time-being. We would prefer distance given the optics at play and the fact that our ideologies do not align aside from the commonalities I have already established. Time changes all things, but it hasn't been long enough for changes of this scale just yet.
