This matter is a sensitive one. I was present at this encounter, I sat next to Mi-san but decided to remain quiet. After the matter was discussed with some of the advisors, we came to following conclusion.

Your evidence is considered null by us. A plain text which was either copied or written yourself/a third party is in no way a sufficient evidence for the accusation of a more increased cooperation between the Blood Dragons and the Coalition.
We would like to see the real transmission first.

⧫ Our stance

If the real evidence supports the worrying news, we will send a delegation to Kyoto ourselves. The Gen'an wish to stand for a more violent approach, so it may be possible that the diplomat failed to approach the Blood Dragons in the delicate, admitted strange, ways they wish to be adressed. Worry not, esteemed allies, we will walk a good line between diplomacy and harsh, clear words with them if it comes to such a meeting.
Furthermore we will demand them to reveal how far their cooperation with the Coalition reaches, given we were only aware of small scale logistic exchanges which so far were of no significant numbers or importance as goods exchanged mostly limited itself to weaponary used against Samura on Tomioka in exchange for basic goods.

It is true that the amount of Coalition vessels increased for some time within the Tau Sector and several vessels belonging to Volgograd Industries were spotted close to Kusari.
They did have a reason to travel this far, if it were just the Dragons of perhaps also the MOA is to be investigated further.
In case of the proof of the Gen'an cell being true, we will pressure them to share details with the Golden Chrysanthemums regarding this "secret project", if it is of any threat or concern of Malta, you will be informed.

We would ask any Maltese entities to keep clear of the possible issue with the Blood Dragons for now. Assistance against entities belonging to the Coalition or the MOA will be appreciated and most welcomed.
Unprovoked hostility against the Blood Dragons would be most unfortunate, we would rather wait until our own investigations gave us a clear, more detailed picture of the situation before taking any additional steps.
