I have made our stance clear. Your vessels failed to state their intentions and failed to comply with the directives given by the Blockade Overseers. There has been zero attempts to officially communicate with the Covenant on this matter, and only attempts to breach our perimeter without notice have been made. If a mutual reaction to a lock-out is news to you, then I am not sure what you expected. This skirmish is a clear example of situations we would like to avoid. The Kingdom of Bretonia has been a long standing ally, and the sudden status change without notice followed by repeat attempts to violate our declaration puts you as the aggressor in this scenario.

I'll repeat myself: Explain yourselves. Communicate with us. Our forces are willing and able to direct their attention to a mutual enemy, but when you show up on our doorstep with warships and Gaians to boot, it does not give us any indication that you had good intentions.
