To: Synth] Food, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Hunor - 05-12-2019 To whom may it concern, Greetings, my name is Alan Shepard, I'm the CEO of Gateway Shipping Inc. With this transmission I would like to open negotiations about a possible base development project. As you know from the actual Cortez system navigation map, Gateway Shipping Inc. installed a new base, Oceana Shipping Platform, in the system in recent years. Characterized by the constant development, Oceana Shipping Platform has become one of Gateway's most important commercial "inter-house" point and a link between Bretonia and Liberty. After the war appeared in Cortez the base progress slowed down. Due to pressure the base was in "Stand By" mode for a longer time and ready for a possible seige by Gallic Royal Navy forces. Considering that the resistance of allied forces is present in the system we would like to relaunch our base with new goals and new guidelines. The current sustainability of the base is raw material dependent. As the base also gets new tasks and the docking system changes, we see that the traffic has to be limited to registered physical persons and groups. Upgrading the sustainability is our top priority in the current situation. I also read the Synth| references and the product catalog and I decided to ask You to implement the next development of the base. We want to purchase a safe and easy-to-maintain product from Synth Foods Inc.. We hope that there is no circumstance that would prevent the development and implementation of a common plan. Please assess the possibilities and give an offer for us. I'm looking forward to your reply. Alan Shepard, CEO, President RE: To: Synth| Foods, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Wildkins - 05-12-2019 Mr. Shepard,
I am glad to hear that Oceana is free of immediate threat once again, and that you are looking into working with other organizations such as our own once again. While we had no official contracts with Gateway Shipping in the past, they have always been agreeable partners and customers and I see no reason why that should change now.
Overviewing what information I have on your installation and our currently available product catalogue, I believe that if you are in search of a method of permanent sustainment aboard, you of course can look no further than our Biodome™ products. Specifically, for an installation of your size, I would recommend something in the ballpark of either our stable and popular Mark V Advanced AHS Biodome. I believe it would be suitable for an installation of your size, depending on your desire to utilize our Synthetic Agriculture™ products, e.g. Synth Paste, Synth Gel, et al. If you instead are more interested in traditional agriculture - your common fruits and vegetables, etc. - we may need to discuss an expanded Biodome to meet the needs of your crew aboard, or you may need to upgrade to the Mark VI High-Yield AHS Biodome, a still-experimental upgrade on our venerable Mark V product that produces a much higher yield in the same space. All of this is of course hypothetical, and bear in mind that the average cost for our Mark V product is somewhere in the ballpark of 175 million SC, while our Mark VI is approx. 300 million SC. This price includes costs of shipping all requisite materials for construction, which might be reduced or eliminated depending on the assistance of the customer directly. If you are still interested or need more details, simply let me know and I will go into more detail about the construction process and what solution might be best for you. Regards. Jay Stevens C.E.O., Synth Foods Inc. RE: To: Synth| Foods, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Hunor - 05-25-2019 Greetings Mr. Jay Stevens, Thank you for your honorable answer. Maybe in the past my predecessors set other goals which has avoided Synth Foods, Inc., but now, I was about to conclude a large scale contract & long term agreement with you. From the opportunities you mentioned, after a long time of thinking, I came to the following decisions: ♦ Gateway Shipping Inc. would like to further develop Oceana Shipping Platform (base on Cortez system in orbit of Planet Curacao) with the highest technology of self-sustaining system: Mark VI High-Yield AHS Biodome™ product. ♦ Gateway Shippinc Inc. is willing to open up the legal distribution of Synthetic Agriculture ™ products in Sirius market. ♦ From a commercial policy point of view Gateway Shipping Inc. is motivated to build common ambitions and plans in the near future by sharing contracts and sharing our markets. In the following, I would like to talk about the preparations. Please describe the advantages and disadvantages of Mark VI High-Yield AHS Biodome™. What we gain accurately and what we can lose after commissioning ? Please provide the necessary informations about the requisite materials for construction because we would like to participate in the shipments. In addition, I look forward to your comments and suggestions in connection with the abovementioned. Sincerely, Alan Shepard, CEO, President RE: To: Synth| Foods, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Wildkins - 05-26-2019 Mr. Shepard,
I'm very much pleased to hear you'll be interested in our finest product, the Mark Six. Its production and recycling capabilities are simply unparalleled - there is no other biodome on the market, not even our own, that comes even close to the production-per-meter that this installation provides. Your needs will be more than met even in dire emergency situations, and stray fire from the war is handled by the integration of ablative armor plating first tested in our heavy duty models. All this being said, the domes are still experimental, and as such integration costs and leasing are slightly higher than other models due to our need to maintain a closer eye on your usage so that nothing goes awry with the latest model, you understand. Such is the cost of living life on the technological edge!
I've attached a sample invoice below of such a project, including a shipping manifesto for cargo to be delivered to shipping docks at Planet Curacao should you give it the go-ahead. Do note that, as noted previously, any cargo under the construction manifest delivered by you or your contractors will be stricken from the final bill. Planning: 15.000.000 s.c. RE: To: Synth| Foods, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Hunor - 06-12-2019 Greetings Mr. Stevens, We apologize for the small delay, we had to finish hard works in time. The offer is favorable it proves to be reliable and credible so we accept the terms. The most useful assistance we can offer with the Structural Materials deliveries. However, we need a time interval for accurate determination of amount of deliveries. Otherwise I would like to receive information on the details of the construction fees transfer, the execution and the exact time of the beginning of the work. I also consider the importance of delivery reports because of traceability and session. Let us clarify in what form and where our ships are reporting their shipments. In addition, if you have free time, I invite you as my guest at Planet Curacao. We can sign our contract there, according to the news reports the peaceful periods are coming back in Cortez. Sincerely, Alan Shepard, CEO, President RE: To: Synth| Foods, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Wildkins - 06-14-2019 Mr. Shepard,
I'm glad to hear you're interested in the project and pleased by our services. Normal procedure for Synth Foods operations would be to open this channel to our deliveries team, and they will deliver the goods directly, with time-stamped delivery manifests on Planet Curacao for your perusal. If it suits you, I can instead establish a secondary channel for this purpose, and leave this channel open to just our personal talks. As for the time-frame of work, depending on the amount of time that the shipments for Construction take, we expect that the total construction and integration procedure should take no longer than thirty days.
In regards to payment, that will simply be made due at the conclusion of each phase. For example, the planning fee of 15 million can be delivered to Synth|Biome. One at your convenience, once you wish to begin work. I hope that answers your concerns, and I look forward to proceeding on this project. Let me know if I can help in any other way. Finally, as to your invitation, I would be most delighted to do so. If it works for your own schedule, the Synth executive liner Polaris will be returning to Liberty this weekend, and a re-direction to Curacao should be no issue. If all of this is agreeable, I look forward to signing the agreement in person on Curacao. Regards. Jay Stevens C.E.O., Synth Foods Inc. RE: To: Synth| Foods, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Hunor - 12-04-2021 Esteemed Recipients! I am Olson Carrick Director of Operations Security Gateway|. We re-started this channel from the Oceana Shipping Platform Archive files. You can read the history above. As a development for our base, Oceana Shipping Platform, the construction of a biodome (Mark VI High-Yield AHS Biodome™) was at the finish line when Alan Shepard disappeared without a trace. All indications are that he has left us forever. But life goes on. We also inherited his projects, therefore, I feel obligated to continue and complete what he dreamed and began. I would like to receive information on whether, in the current situation, the implementation of the improvements started above can be continued? Furthermore, what financial conditions must be met and to which bank accounts the amounts you specify must be transferred? I hope we can successfully finalize the business as soon as possible, I look forward to your reply! let me begin by saying that it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. My name is Alvin Adams, and I act as a General Manager for Synth foods. It was a surprise to suddenly see such a transmission in our business inquiries. I have read up the discussions that you and CEO Stevens have had here and I'm pleased to say that we're more than willing and capable to finish the Mark VI High-Yield AHS Biodome™ for you. Normally, I'd go ahead and calculate the prices myself since they may vary depending on the branch of Synth Foods, but seeing as this has already happened I'm glad I won't have to. As such, your payment plan will look as follows. Planning: 15.000.000 s.c. Construction (2.000 s.c. per): • Structural Materials (175.000.000 s.c.) » Basic Alloy: 25,000 » Industrial Materials: 20,000 » Ablative Armor Plating: 10,000 » Optical Chips: 10,000 » Vanadium: 10,000 » Ship Hull Panels: 7,500 »Biodome parts: 5,000 • Hydroponics (80.000.000 s.c.) » Xenobiotic Filters: 15,000 » FloraGro: 10,000 » Fluorine: 5,000 » Neon: 5,000 » RoboCultivars: 5,000 » Scientists: 500 (Synth Foods) Integration: 40.000.000 s.c. Sub-total: 310.000.000 s.c. Leasing: 45.000.000 s.c. every six months following I've marked the only differences in the proposal that we're making. As we, too, are a company that never stands still, we've managed to innovate some of our building techniques and are now incorporating Biodome parts into the construction process. In exchange for that, and as an apology for the inconvenience that the disappearance of CEO Stevens has caused, we've decided to lower your leasing fees. I hope we can come to an agreement under these terms. Sincerely,
Alvin Adams RE: To: Synth] Food, Inc.; From: Gateway| Shipping Inc.; Subj.: Oceana's development - Hunor - 12-07-2021 Greetings Mr. Adams! First of all, despite the losses, I am glad that you have successfully reorganized your infrastructure, it's time to start a new collaboration. We accept the esteemed sub-total price for the marked bio-dome technology. To finalize the contract please provide the information required for a bank transfer. If it is convenient for you. the shipment reports should be shared with us through this channel, if possible, to track the progress of construction. Aside from formalities, if you have free time we kindly invite you to a business dinner and then a party at Planet Curacao. I look forward to your reply! the credits can be wired over to Synth]-SFV-Calzone. We'll begin working as soon as the funds are received. Regarding your invite, I'd love to attend the dinner, altough I'm afraid it'll have to be after our contract is finished seeing as I am currently busy on Riverside Station. I hope you understand. Sincerely,
