Greetings.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Dr. Jake Frakes.
I am Director General of Science, Technology and Production of Secret Valley Workshop.
I am contacting you today in coalition with Professor Barba Negra from BMF.
we have been developing various research projects envolving space anomalies in these last months,
during our research with artificialy created anomalies, we have detected the emission of a radio frequency of so low frequency that only by acident our instruments detected it further research of this redio frequency shows that the transmission has a direction as well as some kind of encryption that our machines cant compreend in persue of further information we are requesting the usage of your radar satelites as well as any instalation our research team might need to folow this signal to its destination we currently presume that this transmission is being received by someone or something located beyond known space.
We at the Secret Valey Workshop and at Bretonian Mining and Fabrication hope we can reach some agreement on the use of your state of the art transmission instalations.
Best regards

To Mr Barba Negra & Dr. Jake Frakes

The University would be more than happy to allow you to use our facilities in tracking down this mystery signal of yours. You may attend the Mount Church Observatory where you should find everything that you need. Please be aware that access to our main telescope may be limited as we are currently observing an ongoing Supernova. Aside from that, you're more than welcome to use what we can provide.

Kind Regards:
Dr Denis Jacob
Dean of Observational Astronomy
University of Cambridge.
