Maquis Leadership,
Greetings, my name is John Redmond, of the BAF Admiralty, and commander of the Stirling fleet and Gran Canaria garrison.
I am contacting you with both an offer, and a request.
To start, the request. I am currently attempting to acquire from the Liberty underworld, some fairly sophisticated malware, which is to be hidden within Sirius software and media content of varying types. I would like for the Maquis to distribute this subtle weapon to the Gallic population. In doing so, we will be able to gain intelligence from users of the content. Most of the data we gain may well be useless Big Data, but with some fortune, we may gain access to private and public enterprises, and be able to cause economic havoc or obtain blackmail material. This will both cause damage to the Crown, and damage its reputation among the population, furthering the Maquis cause and Bretonian interests.
If we were to say, gain access to an IDF corporate bank account, we could redirect funds to the Maquis for example.
Note, even if the attempt to gain the malware falls through, alternative supplies will be considered.
Now, for the offer. After our transports deliver the "goods", I see an opportunity to do something uniquely beneficial for your cause. Gallia has many dissents, naval officers who have seen the iron fist and balked, policemen who are sick of corruption, corporate workers tired of nepotism, propagandists who are censored and jailed, house wives who have lost their husbands to crown purges, factory workers who have been exploited. These are your grass roots support.
But these people are stuck under the boot of the crown. The Bretonian government, and my administration, is willing to offer a safe haven for these people, and your members too, on Gran Canaria, a large planet that is highly underpopulated, and still far from the war. We will set up a colony for Gallic dissidents, providing all they need. The Maquis may also use the colony as a base for its revolutionary efforts in Gallia, a place where the Maquis will be able to continue their efforts, even if the crown knocks down your doors in Gallia proper. This arrangement is not just for the duration of the war, no, even if the war ends tomorrow, Bretonia will never forgive the Gallic Crown for the murdering of our people on Leeds, and so we will support any effort to undermine them, war or no war.
There is a lot to take in here, and the request and offer are not light in nature. Take time to consider them, but keep in mind every day the crown takes more victims, in Gallia and Bretonia both.

We're willing to turn the Crown population to the right side, and damage the Crown as much as possible with that interesting method. We will also accept your offer about the Gran Canaria. As you see, we accept every offer where we can damage the Crown and get more menpower, which is key to this war, along with supplies and other. We hope we will succeed in this plan. However, would like to get your permission to use our liners and armored transports to supply your bases with certain munitions and armaments to help you with the way. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance on this occasion. I am most grateful for your expedient and positive reply.
Then, we are in agreement. The majority of our plan involves the Maquis, and any all that remains is discussions with the Liberty government, and the supplier of the malware be concluded, I ask your patience on this.
In the meantime, to get our initiative moving, I suggest we take some initial people, so they may help lay the preparations for the arrival of large numbers on Gran Canaria. I will task some of our transports, and the transports of our corporations to make for Picardy, this time with more basic supplies for you, returning to Gran Canaria with your initial groups.
Once the main operations starts, likely in a few weeks, we expect large convoys of transports to head your way, so I trust you can make ready in advance those who wish to leave Gallia.

She opened up an hologram on the high technology tables, where she was searching for a report. After she found what she was searching for, she smiled and shut down the hologram, afterwards she has resumed her speech.
She has terminated communication sequence, after which rotating logo of le Maquis has appeared. Shortly after, logo disappeared and communication sequence was fully terminated.
"Bonjour. Commodore John Redmond. I can't deny those offers, certainly. Le Maquis is appreciating your gifts, as well as thy dedication that is helping us, le Maquis. However, since currently le Maquis has several active transport convoys along with escorts that are ready to depart from our bases, we would like to ask you a question. Let me quickly check our Maquis database."

"I don't know if you're away, but we met one of your operatives next to your capital planet, identified as BAF|Cpt:Pria.Y'berg. One of our operateurs, more precisely Adrianna Christophe, asked thy operative if le Maquis can help, by sending a convoy to one of our bases. Thy ship answered with that Bretonians will have more use out of fuel, than all sorts of munitions and other. Our fuel is not really modified for thy sirian engines, however, if you can do something with that, we are willing to transport it.
