It is necessary due to this allowing the BAF to use the ship actively in combat and otherwise.

Short-term: Start the usage of the given battleship ingame and retrofit it to be better used, we are at war and we need all assets available.
Long-term: Strengthen the bond between Bretonia and Core, expand the capabilities of the ship with acquiring better equipment.
