Bonjour, monsieur St.Denis.

I am Capitaine Emeline Coste, research supervisor of Escadron XXII Les Révélateurs. A week ago, I spoke with your employee on the topic of hiring your company to construct and/or maintain a station for us. He told me to contact you personally.

I'd like to know if you'd consider this kind of job, and the estimated costs of such a contract. Please get back to me via this channel if you're interested.

Topic: Modular Base Construction

Bonjour Mademoiselle Emeline Coste,

We have some experience with the building of Modular Bases.

As for costs, it is difficult to name a price, as there are many variables that come in to the Pricing. Most of this would be dependent on what exactly your require, the distance from the selling points and the final location of the Modular Base (distance from Trade Routes etc).

We would ls need to know whether we would be upgrading an existing Modular Base or building one from scratch.

To give you an idea of the basic costs for the building of a Modular Base and the potential amount of deliveries required, I have included some information for your perusal.

Initial Build of a Modular Base:
PlasFoam Conduits - a total of 140 - 250 credits per unit.
Industrial Hardware - a total of 140 - 200 credits per unit.
Reinforced Alloy - a total of 100 - 250 credits per unit.
High Performance Alloy - a total of 140 - 300 credits per unit.
Optronic Arrays - a total of 50 - 350 credits per unit.
Heat Sinks - a total of 50 - 500 credits per unit.
Fusion Diodes - a total of 30 - 1,000 credits per unit.
Base Construction Platform - We already have one, if needed.

Total Cost (basic) - 202,500 credits.
Total Haulage Space Required - 1 Base Construction Platform

To bring an initially laid Modular Base to full operation (approx 15 days) will require:
Reinforced Alloy - a total of 127,008 - 250 credits per unit.
Robotic Hardware - a total of 127,008 - 250 credits per unit.
Hull Segments - a total of 127,008 - 500 credits per unit.
Crew - a total of 200
Food - a total of 6,000 - 94 credits per unit (if bought at Planet Orleanais prices).
Oxygen - a total of 6,000 - 15 credits per unit.
Water - a total of 6,000 - 20 credits per unit.
Reinforced Alloy for projected damage from space debris - a total of 21,200 - 250 credits per unit.

Total Cost (basic) - 133,482,000 credits.
Total Haulage Space Required - 547,432 units

Shield Module:
Robotic Hardware - a total of 15,000 - 250 credits per unit.
Industrial Hardware - a total of 15,000 - 200 credits per unit.
Magnetic Superconductors - a total of 10,000 - 350 credits per unit.
Fusion Diodes - a total of 10,000 - 1,000 credits per unit.
Promethene - a total of 5,000 - 500 credits per unit.

Total Cost (basic) - 22,750,000 credits.
Total Haulage Space Required - 65,000 units

Storage Module:
Hull Segments - a total of 40,000 - 500 credits per unit.
Industrial Hardware - a total of 10,000 - 200 credits per unit.
Robotic Hardware - a total of 5,000 - 250 credits per unit.

Total Cost (basic) - 23,250,000 credits.
Total Haulage Space Required - 95,000 units

So, just to achieve a Core 1, fully operational, with a Storage and Shield Module would require:

Total Cost (basic) - 179,684,500 credits.
Total Haulage Space Required - 707,432 units

All this does not include the reserve of Reinforced Alloy, Robotic Hardware and Hull Segments that it would be prudent to store in case of any external damage sustained to the Base.

The actual cost of building such a Modular Base is quite small, it is the Hauler's Wages that would expand that, small cost, by quite a few factors (all depending on what I mentioned at the start of this Communication).

Feel free to contact me if you require any more information.

Cordialement,

Pierre St.Denis

Bonjour, monsieur St.Denis.

I will say right away, I am very grateful to you and your organization for such a quick start. After the completion of this phase of work on the base, my team will experiment on the newest reactor that works on dark matter. Therefore, I will be forced to assign security levels to each ship.

We have also improved our level of communication security, so we can communicate with you absolutely openly here.

I will also be glad to inform you that your engineers have been allowed to participate in all civil experimental studies that will be carried out on the object under construction.

I will wait for your prices for goods.
