Here is the communication between myself and the Captain of the BlackMist who suprisingly enough responded when contacted:
So yeah, he wasn't exactly "thrilled" nor am I about having to double up on security. Whatever floats your boat though agent, just hope your men are ready for a particularly pissed off Outcast captain to be rampaging around Liberty. Regardless, I hope this suits your needs Agent.
