Good Evening Arbiter,

My name is Amanda Townley, Admiral of the Fleet of the Crayter Republic.
We have recently begun a large size Project that requires alot of goods to be delivered to Sabah Shipyard and your expertise in the matter of procuring and delivering goods has a reputation spanning Sirius. Obviously, we would like to tap into that expertise and offer you a Contract to haul goods for the Republic in return of a Bonus Payment made per Unit of goods delivered.

The details on the goods required as well as the Bonus Payment are included in this reporting center.

If you chose to accept, all deliveries made to Sabah should be documented and reported in the above mentioned center and payments will be made accordingly to each vessel.

This may be my personal first contact with you, but I am eager to see if you uphold your reputation.
