My deepest apologies to my late answer, there have been problems finding time in contacting you as of late. Our plan is to settle a dropoff point such as a Station, in a concealed location we'll discuss in person or via more secure communication. Once Quatroce delivers the Cardamine, The Oracles will begin distribution throughout Sirius and our efforts to legalize Cardamine shall resume. It saddens me that I must resort to your assistance and risk your organization's safety, however with the hate, Outcasts show us, especially the National Council and the Maltese Legion, one of our primary objectives have been stalled.

Setting up a proxy installation might work. We can see the Cardamine delivered to it. A word of warning - we are picking up your signal coming from Bretonian space. The Kingdom of Bretonia is a valuable trade partner of ours and Cardamine is forbidden at the moment in the Kingdom. Hence, we will not risk the progress of diplomacy with Bretonia for supplying you and your proxy facility in a place that would not entail aforementioned risks.

My location does not represent that the Installation will be located in Bretonia. The Oracles will make the arrangements needed so that Cuatroce does not need to travel a long path, and neither us to meet resistance on our Sirius-wide distribution. I'm thinking of a coverup: the Oracle who will manage onboard cargo will hide the Cardamine as you hand it over.

And of course, what is the price per unit you would like our brothers to buy the cargo for? Note that the installation will be somewhere between the Outcast sovereign space and House Sovereign space inside Border Worlds or Independent Systems.
