To whom it concerns,
We've found this sitting well within 15 kilometers of our headquarters. I will assume since we were not contacted, that this is not an authorized installation, and we'd appreciate any help deconstructing it as it clearly violates both Liberty law and Zoner regulations. Regardless of your involvement, we'll be taking care of it in a number of hours.

After confirming with the Registrar this base has not filed for licensing and is in fact in violation of Liberty Law. Due to that reason we will be dispatching Various LSF ships to aid in the destruction of this illegal modular base. Unless they can get the needed approval before my ships can reach it.
