Jump Technology Registration.

Konichiwa venerable High Command.

No doubt the current war requires most of your attention,
so I apologize for distracting you from such a just cause as protecting the Kusari people.
We at Kishiro only wish to lead by example by living by the laws of our great house.

As such, we would like to register a Jump Drive Mk4 that is currently being installed on the Kishiro|Aoshima,
a luxury liner from which our Research and Development division works.
The Jump Drive will not be used for jumping itself or other ships either within or outside of Kusari space,
instead it will be used to gather valuable information regarding space time and quantum mechanics.

The choice to fit it on the Aoshima was intentional to ensure this would be the case,
as the ships poweroutput is insufficient to initiate a full jump.
We intend to use the device to try jumping small precise objects, with trackers of course,
to different locations within Kusari space to pick up telemetry and gain more insight in the process.
It goes without saying that any such objects will be jumped to distances far away from public areas will be picked up afterwards,
hence the trackers. We wouldn't want to scare anyone by accidentally jumping an apple on their table after all.

We have the needed credits for the registration and are ready to transfer it as soon as we receive the account information.
Hopefully it will contribute to the war efforts to keep Rheinland at bay.

Attached you will find documentation of the jump drive being installed on the Aoshima as we speak,
proving its existence and that it is being mounted on a liner incapeable of powering it sufficiently to initiate a full fledged jump.

Of course we are happy to provide a jump drive license to the such pioneers of jumpdrive technology as Kishiro.
However, for the next time, I will point you towards the usual place for obtaining such permits: Licence Directory

For now, your ship is added to the database and no further action will be required in that regard.
Please provide the payment to the following account:
[KNF]Heikiko.Maru

Respectfully,

Office of Admiralty,
Kusari Naval Forces.

Konichiwa venerable High Command.

Arigato for your swift response and kind words despite our grievous error of using the wrong application method.
We have transfered the license fees to the account provided post haste to make ammends.

I look forward to presenting the fruits of our research to you once we have finished.

Attached you will find documentation of the credits being transfered from within Shinagawa station.

Respectfully,
Arakan Yukimura
