I. Konnichiwa High Command of the Kusari Naval Forces. Let me first introduce myself to you. I am Admiral Aozora Aomi from the Kempeitai, to be more precise I am first leader of the Kempeitai. I am contacting you due to the small skirmish that happened in Honshu yesterday, will talk about it later. I am letting you know that this is a "new organisation" within Kempeitai, with several objectives with one including to spread Kempeitai's influence. Of course, everything in intention to bring good to Kusari and help it in whatever possible way.

II. When we are talking about Rheinland, and when I read the report that our agent Esumi Sei made, It has made me wonder. Also, I must mention that those alien organisms known as Nomads appearead in the middle of a fight, and shot everyone, whilst Rheinlanders were still focusing their fire upon our forces, and we were focusing fire upon Nomads. I have nothing good to say about them at the moment, but I must let you know that Kempeitai has several warships that are ready to face the Rheinland, along with numerous secret spies in Rheinland that can possibly bring some information to Kempeitai along to you. We got numerous squadrons, including one to take offensives into Rheinland and defend Kusari from them. We would like to deeply apologize for not bringing any of our warships in yesterday's battle, because all of our warships were not stationed in that sector but in Sigmas. We will make sure to do something about this.
