Hey Vex, has you've told me before go to sleep and if you feel the same in the morning take a break and have a rest. Relieve yourself of the stress and return when you're ready to bounce back in a positive and constructive way.

Even though you think that you dont need "ex-admin coaching", sometimes just eat a sandwich or drink a coffee before acting on anything. Otherwise you will just get frustrated and burned out way too fast by all the great things you will encounter. Enjoy your break and come back with a clear head
