Humble greetings from myself, Professor Arthur Morrison, Cambridge University, currently assigned to the BMM R&D department, and manager of Medway Dock.

As a result of the tumultuous situation in Omega-3, we have found ourselves in need of urgent repair and upgrade at Medway Dock. The exodus of the IMG from the system has left a huge gap in Cobalt mining capabilities, and Aland being in the state it is has put a strain on BMM resources. This burden we at Medway dock are being tasked to help carry.

The upgrade work is currently being tasked to the BMF, being the most experienced in base construction in Bretonia, and they are doing a fine job. That being said, we are in need of extra transportation capabilities to help carry the burden. In addition to the initial base superstructure upgrade, a further project will start to upgrade storage capacity, and as such further work will commence in addition to the above.

The base is currently only fitted for research purposes, but upon completion of this work, it will be a fully functional mining logistics facility, and it is a certainty that your businesses will benefit greatly from it becoming operational. The prices set within the aforementioned BMF Contract, upon negotiation, may be raised to meet your quotations, and there is budget for an additional bonus for completed deliveries.

As a note, we will open the base upon completion of the work for the following commodities;
Cobalt Ore, mining field roughly 20k from the base,
Uncut Diamonds, mining field in short trip to Omega 2,
Azurite Gas mid-way point, serving as a secure storage facility for further transportation to the Ark Royal
