Project plans for major construction projects of Daumann Heavy Construction for the year 826 A.S. Review of economic and systemic developments through Rheinland, the other Great Houses and other areas of economic interest to the company by the annual review board has determined a course of action for Heavy Construction Projects for the year 826. The initial plan, Grossbauplan 826-A, provides for a total of twelve (12) heavy construction projects, described in brief with available information, tabulated bellow.

Alexanderwerft

The first project of the Grossbauplan 826, Objekt-001: "Alexanderwerft", represents the first stage of major expansion works at the company's venerable Oderwerft Facilities at The Ring. The station will form the basis of the specialist construction department's core facilities, serving as a manufacturing facility for advanced technological systems and armaments. Integral development plans for the station include primary and secondary wharf facilities, with the aim of providing docking facilities for the installation of advanced equipment - thus freeing up primary wharf space at the Oderwerft.

Construction plans include Primary Structure, Docking Bays, Housing Facilities, Customer & Staff Support Facilities, Office & Workshop Spaces, as well as advanced Manufacturing complexes and associated wharf space.

Regensburg

The second project of Grossbauplan 826, Objekt-002: "Regensburg", results from the high demand for Aluminum Ore storage required by booming mining operations, and thriving trade throughout the Great Houses. To capitalize on this, Objekt-002 will expand Regensburg station to facilitate the construction of new storage facilities. Despite recent changes to prevailing market conditions, the trade of Aluminium continues to grow at a steady pace - although some short term destabilizations are projected, the project seems justified in light of expected trends.

Construction plans are focused around the redevelopment of existing structures to enable a large scale expansion of the facility's primary structure, coupled with the deployment of integrated bulk-storage modules and associated automation equipment.
