A few days ago we had an incident with a vessel named ZC-Arkadia in Sigma 21. If this vessel is part of any of you various groups, can the group responsible please reach out to me ASAP so that we can discuss the details. If no reply is received by 19/07/826, I will assume that this vessel is rogue or the group who it belongs to does not want to take responsibility. In that case, if the vessel is encountered again with in Rheinland space, it will be detained until this matter is sorted out.
If the owner of ZC-Arkadia gets this comm, please contact me with in the time frame stipulated above.

As a Zoner, i must say this ... i don't know that ship and to be clear, if that ship did something illegal, we Zoners don't care if Rheinland punish the captain of that ship. Anyone should be responsible for their actions. The tag ZC is a very old tag, of the so called Zoner Council that never really existed, just in paper.
